We welcome and encourage you to call the office if you have a problem, any question, or need to get in touch with us for any reason.

Please make non-emergency phone calls during our office hours, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. When you call, the receptionist will either schedule you for an appointment or transfer your call to the appropriate person. If your call is for the doctor or nurse who is busy with a patient, the receptionist will relay your message. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

If you are calling for laboratory reports or test results, the receptionist will transfer your call to the appropriate person or take a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

If you are calling to have a prescription renewed, please call during office hours. We will need the name of the drug, the pharmacy name and the Rx number when available.

Emergency calls are taken at any hour. If you have a medical emergency, please call 765-286-0236 at any time. Your call will be transferred to your physician or the physician on call.
